How to prevent wrinkles?

Many of us are so scared about this word wrinkle that before those crooked lines appear all over our face, we are all set to use any thing which ones recommend. With the age the crinkles appear, there are no other options but to accept it. But if we take some particular measures, then we can prevent early wrinkling. Some of the ways used to prevent it are:
1. Eating healthy foods which are rich in high anti-oxidants. Need to avoid spicy and fast foods as much as possible.
2. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water per day to make skin soft, healthy and shiny.
3. Before you step out of the house, always apply sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher.
4. Make sure that your eyes are covered with sunglasses to stay away from ultra violet rays whenever you go outside.
5. Get plenty of sleeps.
6. Avoid drinking alcohol and stop smoking.
7. Moisturize your skin daily.
8. Try to minimize the stress level. Practice pranayam and meditation under proper supervision of an expert.
9. Some light exercises or yoga should be done. A brisk walk in the morning is also very helpful.

I would like to suggest a home made mask (apply three times a week), which might help you to prevent wrinkle. Make a paste of a small banana, 2 tablespoon of fresh cream, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of oat flour. Apply the mask all over the face including the area around the eyes and neck. After 30 minutes, rinse off with mineral water. Pat dries the face and then dab on a little rose hydrosol (hydrosols are a byproduct of steam distillation, which are formed while extracting essential oil).

to avoid dehydration of skin.

Make sure that your eyes are covered with sunglasses to stay away from ultra violet rays.

I am late 40 and got little bit wrinkled. I would like to know that is your mask (as you suggest) helpful at this level. Can I get back wrinkles free skin?

Hey Serena, I don’t think so. These facial masks are good for preventing wrinkles. But once you wore it, then there is no other way to get rid of these wrinkles except plastic surgery.

I’ve found this blog quite interesting. But I can’t understand the logic behind mineral water to make the pack. Please make this concept clear.
